​​All repairs are billed at the applicable hourly rate PLUS PARTS.
After the minimum fee is met, labor is billed to the nearest quarter hour.
Normal turnaround time for carry-in repair is 3- 5 business days.
SHIPPING EQUIPMENT? Please include the EQUIPMENT REPAIR FORM with your shipment.
Expedite service is by appointment and, in most cases, the item will be ready in one business day, subject to parts availability. The expedite fee is in addition to the regular hourly charge, plus parts.
Unless specifically authorized by the manufacturer, travel time is billable for warranty on-site service calls.
