Don't let an ink jet printer sit. That's one of the biggest problems we see. The ink tends to dry out after so many days. Exercise your printer.
We recommend factory ink.
The vast majority of print quality repairs don't require parts - just cleaning. Don't be afraid to bring it in. We require a deposit and we try our best to stay within that, if not, we call you for your permission to proceed.
And finally...
A lot of people feel that 'tinkering' will solve the problem. Please don't. Sometimes that causes larger issues which can lead to longer repair times.
